Verdict

SALESIN won this in 2011 and has reappeared in good form after a break. He led for a long way before being overhauled by Gates Of Rome over a slightly longer trip at Wexford on St Patrick's Day and can take this for the second time. Byerley Babe is an obvious threat on her handicap debut as she's been in fine form and looks well enough treated, though she was beaten a length by Born In Fire at Punchestown last month and is only 1lb better off. Beneficial Spirit reverts to hurdling on what could prove a very lenient mark and looks a big threat.
