    In depth

    Verdict

Chicago May made all to land a tough Naas nursery on ground with some give in October but hasn't recaptured that form in Listed contests this campaign. National Guard landed a mile maiden at Dundalk in March but didn't appear to stay that trip on soft ground at Gowran and reverts to sprinting. WOODY CREEK had shown improved form when fifth in a big field at Naas before landing a tough handicap on a return visit. He's on the upgrade and, though a 9lb rise makes this more difficult, he can take this and again see off Cityman, who finished in mid-division. Galtee Mist changed stables and made all over 7f at Gowran and will be suited by the drop in trip.
