Those making most appeal all return from considerable breaks so the market may well prove instructive as to their wellbeing. Laverteen has the most reliable hurdling form on offer but was last seen in 2017 and looks vulnerable to an improver. Presented Well shaped nicely on bumper debut last spring and will surely come forward from that promising effort but GETAWAY JOHN is the choice. Something was clearly amiss when the Getaway gelding was tailed off in a Grade 1 bumper at the Punchestown Festival but he had previously looked a performer of real potential in landing a couple of bumpers for Gordon Elliot. He's been given a good rest and is taken to regain the wining thread here. Anywayyoulookatit is expected to progress but may need more time.
