Verdict

Stormalong sets a decent form standard on the back of her debut success over course and distance some 183 days ago. She's penalised accordingly but a similar effort should certainly see her in the mix. Shoe String has shown little since landing a Kilbeggan bumper in August 2020 and is best watched, whilst Grace Shelby needs to step up on efforts to date. Mote Park represents the Willie Mullins team which boasts such a superb bumper record and the market should inform about expectations for the daughter of Doyen on debut. However, MOLLYS MANGO shaped with a great deal of promise first time up when a staying-on third at Punchestown less than a month ago and should go close with improvement anticipated. The forecast testing conditions should not prove an inconvenience.
