In depth

Verdict

David Wachman has two entered here and the lightly-raced Dundalk winner Strike Action is progressing well enough to get into the mix. Stablemate Precious Dream found a mile too far at Dundalk after earlier victories over 6f and 7f so she should get competitive, though this can go to CAPE OF APPROVAL. Wayne Lordan was in the saddle when Tommy Stack's charge scored over the minimum trip at Tipperary and takes the ride again. The Ring Is King ran well enough behind Kanes Pass at Galway during the week to suggest he'll be involved along with Heroic Endeavour, who took a dramatic drop in trip to finish a very good fourth in an all-aged handicap won by Stones Peak at Naas.
