Dare To Flare has been running well on the Flat, winning at Naas in August, while Top Line Tommy only faded on the run-in over 2m4f at Tramore having run very well at Cork earlier. Wild Shot was beaten a long way into third at Downpatrick though would have been much closer but for sprawling on landing at the last. Ed The Red made a promising start for Henry De Bromhead at Kilbeggan but didn't make the expected progress there a couple of weeks later. Mahlers Dollar hasn't run since January when placed here in a race that has worked out well though will need plenty of rain but PERFECT ATTITUDE showed plenty of potential in bumpers and looks to have been found a winning opportunity on his hurdling debut.
