Aunt Nora is a real heavy ground type so she wouldn't have been suited by good going on her chasing debut at Fairyhouse when beaten 17l by Padraig's Joy. Missyspet is another mudlark whose three hurdles victories have all come on very testing going. Queens Wild, a winner over hurdles at Punchestown in February, made too many mistakes on her chasing bow at Sligo so did well to finish close up behind Perfect Woman with the remainder well beaten. Emcon won a handicap hurdle at Listowel and was by no means disgraced when stepped up to Listed company at Gowran where she had CARRIGMOORNA ROCK (NAP) around four lengths behind. However, the latter was conceding 10lb and having her first start since April so she can reverse the form and make a successful start over fences.
