DICEBOX had a running battle with Lily Light Foot over this trip at Down Royal and prevailed by a short-head. The runner-up came out and won at Roscommon on Monday so a double looks on the cards for Shark Hanlon's charge. Cast Iron hasn't run since placed at Gowran in October but with his stable flying the absence shouldn't be too much of a problem. Rule Of June has been in fine form in points and over fences all year but was beaten a long way when placed over timber at Killarney in July. Presenting Point's double in the spring also came over fences and he couldn't take advantage of a lower hurdles mark at Galway. Dangan Des Champs, a winner over fences at Sligo, would have to be considered if getting a run.
