Stay With It scored by a mammoth 25 lengths at Kilbeggan and a rise of 7lb looks lenient, though whether he would have beaten TEMPO MAC if the latter hadn't fallen at the second last is debatable. Gordon Elliott's charge is only five and was in the process of running his best-ever race so gets the vote to gain revenge. Sharjah, who had been in such good form over the winter at Dundalk, was beaten a distance in that latter event though that didn't look his true form. Icelip was just behind the selection here last month when they occupied the minor berths and has since won at Tramore so the form looks strong. Santo Prince has yet to win over hurdles and might be better over further but Time For Bucks showed his liking for quick ground when landing a Tramore maiden and doesn't look overburdened.
