This has been won by some high-class performers and though this year's line-up lacks a star Tranquil Sea has won at this grade and will be fancied to make a winning return, as he did last year when beating Joncol at Naas in October. His subsequent victories in the Paddy Power and Leopardstown's Newlands Chase were top-class efforts and he holds Mansony on that later run though a line through the latter and the consistent Snowy Morning suggests SCOTSIRISH may have his measure. Willie Mullins' charge had Mansony almost five lengths behind in a Grade 2 at Fairyhouse in January and he's certain to have been prepared for this. Siegemaster has a fitness advantage though his overall form doesn't quite match that of the principals and though Let Yourself Go has some smart form, his jumping can be a problem as it was when returning with a poor run at Limerick last month.
