ONE COOL SHABRA finished unplaced on all four starts on the Flat but has done very well over hurdles in strong company and is very nicely weighted on his return to the level. He's given the nod though Ghareer should provide stiff opposition despite a moderate run at the Curragh last time as he'd been in excellent form over hurdles previously. Gan Locht hadn't shown much before scoring over this trip at Dundalk last month where he had Talenti behind. He's only been raised 4lb for that victory and with further progress likely he's on the short-list. Casimir Road has shown improved form over timber in his last two starts and beat a huge field in a Cork maiden last time so he's another to keep an eye on.
