Although 7/1 has been the biggest SP winner in 10 years, only one favourite and one three-year-old has won. Sir Mark Prescott doesn't waste entries so much be confident of a big run from Savanna La Mar, whose only success to date came on this track. The other youngster in the line-up, Alta Lilea, has been in very good form at this sort of level and Graham Lee is a positive booking while her stablemate Star Lahib ran quite well in a York Listed contest last week and looks as though she'll be suited by this trip. SUN CENTRAL won a similar race to this at York in a canter last month and, though 8lb higher, is still progressing and one of the few guaranteed to stay the trip so gets the verdict. Tempest Fugit hasn't run since landing a Listed contest on Polytrack in November but she looked a very smart prospect and a Group 1 entry at Ascot in October suggests she's highly regarded.
