Verdict

WALTER WHITE beat the odds-on Akdam over track and trip four weeks ago when debutant Karl Marx swerved and unseated his rider at the first. The latter has been placed at Fontwell and here since but Philip Hobbs' charge should come out on top again and double his tally. Studfarmer has won a couple of sellers on the Flat and may be the best of the newcomers if his stamina holds out as Complexity has lost his way since winning a Folkestone maiden as a two-year-old.
