        Verdict

        It would be no surprise to see veteran Docofthebay bounce back to form in a race like this. But he starts out wide as does Elusive Hawk, who has already won five times this year, though there should be plenty of pace on in this. KYLLACHY STAR has won twice over course and distance and is thrown in on his old form. He's been lightly campaigned this season but didn't run badly when behind My Single Malt here on his reappearance here, or at Goodwood subsequently, and looks to have as good a chance as any. Simon Walker partners the consistent Silvas Romana and Dream Walker could hardly be in better form, though the handicapper may have his measure now and just as interesting are See Clearly and the much-improved Ralphy Boy.
