Verdict

Clem A was a 33/1 chance when edging out Ballylemon at Bath early last month and has reverted to type since. SNOW OCEAN could have been better drawn and Mutaabeq has a chance of reversing course and distance running on better terms but David Evans’ four-year-old may have more scope for improvement. Society Red is preferred to Gabrial The One among another bumper representation from the Fahey stable but Fox Kasper didn’t beat much at Ripon and is now 6lb higher. Harlow is a consistent sort but his only win came on his debut early in 2017.
