Richard Fahey has two intriguing sorts engaged in this race and though Marwan Koukash will be desperate to see a big run from Layla's Red Devil, he may have to give best to INNOCENT TOUCH. The gelding battled willingly for his rider to score at Doncaster, and with an ability to realise his form regardless of the surface, there is plenty to like about him. Norse Light tries blinkers for the first time and having been turned over at short odds in a maiden, life will be no easier off a handicap mark of 79. Spectator is invariably well backed but the bookies have largely enjoyed the upper hand and Andrew Balding engages a considerably more experienced apprentice on this occasion. Mambo Rhythm was outpaced over 1m4f at Hamilton and makes a quick return to staying trips.
