KHELMAN won on his only previous visit here last year and his stable won this 12 months ago. The recent Doncaster winner has a decent draw and recent rain is very much in his favour so he’s preferred to stable companion Ballesteros, who was second in this last year but has been out of sorts recently. Richard Fahey also runs dual course winner Powerallied while Lucky Beggar is back in the right grade having tried his luck at Epsom on Derby day. Monumental Man hasn’t won on Turf since 2014 when 6lb lower but Tavener should go well off a low weight.
