Verdict
Gabrial The Tiger and Chosen Character were both well beaten in this last year and their respective stablemates, Navarone and CALDER PRINCE (NAP), are preferred. The former wasn’t beaten far at Beverley last time but the latter was placed in this grade at Yarmouth and Tom Dascombe’s charge should get a good tow round from the front-running Michele Strogoff. The latter made all in a claimer here in June with Gabrial's Kaka well beaten while Breakable scored over track and trip at this time last year and can race off a similar mark today. Zlatan has slipped back down the weights and is not out of this either.
