Alfaadhel looked in need of the experience and this longer trip when tackling a mile at Newbury but Immelmann made most and battled on when headed over this trip at Nottingham. KINGSOFTHEMIDLANDS, who cost €600,000, started favourite for his debut in the Wood Ditton at Newmarket but found a mile on fast going against him. He should do much better here and gets the nod though Solent Gateway and Fascinating Shadow have done enough to merit consideration. Missile, a 725,000gns daughter of Dubawi out of Group 1 winner Ribbons, will be expected to do much better than in her two runs last campaign. Master Of Souls cost €160,000 and is out of a middle-distance winner.
