In depth

Verdict

Barry Hills' two-year-old's are absolutely flying at the moment and Late Claim is taken to land his maiden at the third time of asking. The booking of Kieren Fallon looks a major positive and the form of his two previous runs has stood up well with High Accolade scoring against at Newbury a couple of weeks later. Mark Johnston's two-year-old's are worth watching in the market, especially with his string in such good form. On breeding at least, Awwal Marra should be capable of being sharp enough to land a contest at two. Brain Box and Nevada Desert have yet to trouble the judge in lesser company while Half Inch looked to be getting the hang of things when finishing fourth to the useful Mail The Desert last time out.
