A large field goes to post for this claimer but there is plenty of deadwood and the principals look to be Princely Vale, Trinculo and Hornpipe and the vote is given to Princely Vale. The selection was a good second behind Makabul last time out, that form has since been franked and from a good draw he looks the one to be on. Trinculo rates the main danger on his best form but he has shown little of late and he looks vulnerable under top weight. Hornpipe is another worthy of respect and if there was significant rain he would not be far away. Of the remainder Savile's Delight 's best form is on the all-weather while Seven No Trumps looks sure to have the race run to suit and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Princely Vale.
