Verdict

MEDBURN DREAM (NAP) went up 6lb for his victory on his reappearance at Windsor but scored even easier in better company at Epsom last week and has gone up a further 9lb. He arrives here with a 6lb penalty so should take advantage and complete a hat-trick. Motdaw won very easily on heavy going over this trip at Nottingham but didn't get going until too late over 7f at Beverley. The King's Steed was staying on over 7f at Lingfield and makes his handicap debut as does his stable companion Cape Banjo, who has shown potential in three runs at Kempton. Lord Huntingdon had five runs on Polytrack before showing his liking for Fibresand with a comfortable victory at Southwell while Torment raced in much stronger company after his debut victory at Windsor in June.
