Verdict

Having climbed the weights, Eva’s Oskar couldn’t complete the four-timer at Cheltenham and he’s yet to convince on going this soft. Ask Dillon returns from a lay-off but goes well fresh and remains unexposed so could be the danger to ACEY MILAN. Anthony Honeyball’s five-year-old has been a little unlucky in both recent starts and Rex Dingle’s claim is in his favour. Perfect Man beat a couple of subsequent winners over course and distance last month so is respected but Clyne was quickly brushed aside when favourite at Aintree and, like Sykes and Driftwood Haze, is not getting any younger. Carnspindle could be nicely treated back over hurdles but hasn’t run over the smaller obstacles since April last year.
