Argumental didn't show much in points but made a very encouraging hurdling debut at Thurles and will have come on a bundle for the experience. Capilano Bridge made the running until caught on the line at Naas, a massive improvement on his earlier starts, but this can go to Willie Mullins via CIEL DE NEIGE (NAP). An excellent third in the Grade 3 Fred Winter at Cheltenham on his debut for the yard, he caught the eye on his handicap bow behind stable companion Janidil in a Grade A event at Fairyhouse and this shouldn't take as much winning. Coolbane Boy made a promising racecourse debut at Wexford and looks best of the remainder.
