Verdict
The presence of Richard Hughes aboard Ninjago has to go down as a major positive and while he may be ready on this occasion, the pedigree of Richard Hannon's colt suggests to us that he will be better over further. AL MUNTAZAH unseated his rider on the way to the start at Sandown, and he raced with plenty of enthusiasm once the race got underway. The half-brother to Bronze Angel was not disgraced under the circumstances and if he can navigate his way through the preliminaries, he will be tough to beat. Secret Beau showed plenty of speed before weakening at Salisbury and looks capable of picking up a small race. Stan Moore's juveniles haven't set the world alight but he has already trained a winner at Chepstow this term so Almalekiah is worthy of a second glance. The grey is in receipt of lumps of weight and she may well be capable of giving a good account of herself first time out.
