Verdict

Vengeance was disappointing at Taunton following a debut third at Ffos Las but Marty Byrde was clear of the remainder when second at Exeter and has a good chance of going one better. Churchills Boy won a Flat race at a point-to-meeting in December while What A Steal should improve on a debut third at Warwick. TRAJECTILE is a half-brother to bumper winner Leroy Brown so gets a tentative vote as his yard can get one ready at home.
