In depth

Verdict

Earls Fort was just beaten by Looksnowtlikebrian, likely favourite for the first division, at Fontwell so that one's run should be monitored. Sean Corby's mount is unlikely to be far away again. Ronnie Lawson won plenty between the flags but a long absence is a worry and Blue April has two ways of running. Bored Or Bad is only four so should be capable of better but CULM COUNSELLOR looked capable of winning one of these when second at Exeter and Conor Shoemark again takes off 3lb.
