Verdict
Barwick won a maiden hurdle at Worcester in August and as gone close under a penalty subsequently. Keep In Line also won a maiden at Huntingdon on his recent hurdling debut while EXCELLENT RESULT (NAP) made a winning start over obstacles in a novices event at the same track. The latter narrowly beat a subsequent winner with the rest well behind and Richard Spencer’s charge gets the nod on the strength of that form. Serpico never looked like catching the winner when second in a bumper and goes hurdling for the first time along with Gasoline.
