Seventh Hill returned to something like the form he had showed earlier this summer and is a tentative selection to win it for the Michael Blanshard yard; a whole host of dangers exist, of which Gracechurch, Everyman and Ambrose Princess could emerge the biggest. The selection is a maiden after ten starts, not looking the most willing in some of those starts but has his preferred soft ground surface here. Gracechurch was beaten by the improving Shesha Bear last time at Brighton but off the same mark remains competitive while Everyman, whos sole victory was achieved on soft ground does need things to fall right for him. Ambrose Princess is not likely to be suited by the prevailing conditions but can be taken to give her usual consistent performance. Seventh Hill is given the vote to land this.
