    Verdict

Doc Hill, Bajan Hero and Sir Dylan all have something to find on the evidence to date with the latter looking the most likely improver of the trio. However, any progress will need to be notable as ROCKY REEF sets a good standard on the back of a solid soft-ground effort earlier this month over Salisbury's seven furlongs. He travelled well throughout the race that day and looks likely to go one better now, despite a 3lb higher mark. Frederickthegreat is probably his main rival danger, though he let supporters down last time and has only encountered good to firm ground or the Wolverhampton polytrack so far.
