Verdict
Bank Bonus, rated 4lb clear of his nearest rival on official ratings, must surely go well as he looks to relinquish his maiden tag after two creditable runner-up performances this term. He's proven on soft ground but CYRUS SOD, next best in the ratings, has also been second twice this season, both times on heavy ground, and receives narrow preference. He only succumbed by a short head in a Lingfield handicap earlier this month and is progressing nicely as he steps up in trip. Villa Royale warrants attention after showing juvenile promise before failing in Listed company on her reappearance. She'll enjoy this grade far more while Asker landed a Worcester bumper last year. Newcomer Blown may be best of the rest.
