In depth

Verdict

Radical Archie has been raised 8lb for winning at Uttoxeter in April and The Mighty Ash also returns to action having gone close at Exeter in the same month. Knight Commander has every chance having gone close at Uttoxeter more recently while Mere Anarchy was placed over 2m here a fortnight ago though has something to prove over this extra distance. It would be no surprise to see a better effort from Philip Hobbs’ mare Rose Of Cimarron but FORTIA is the least exposed having placed in novice company the last twice and Emma Lavelle’s filly gets the vote on her handicap debut.
