    Verdict

On The Feather has been in better form on the Polytrack of late and could make her presence felt, while You've Been Mowed ran out an easy winner over mile here last month but is 10lb higher now and untried over this longer trip. Osgood has claims judged on last year's win on soft ground at Ayr, but the vote goes to SPRING SECRET. He scored by six lengths on testing ground at Nottingham in November and, after a couple of outings over a longer trip on the Fibesand at Southwell, much better is expected from Bryn Palling's charge back on turf.
