Goldslinger and Petrify are previous course winners. General Allenby was only beaten a short-head by Franny Nisbet, who runs in the first division, at Kempton earlier this month but Alternate Route wasn’t far behind. Miskin kept on well when second over 1m6f at Salisbury but KOZIER showed he stayed this trip with a close second at Goodwood.
