        Cois na Tine Eile, Barnbrook Empire and Pips Pearl are the three for the shortlist in this trappy affair, and Cois Na Tine Eile gets the vote. Barnbrook Empire is trying to defy top weight and he ran well in better company last time, finishing third in a maiden auction contest. This represents a drop in grade and he looks sure to go close but the weight may tell. Pips Pearl is thoroughly exposed but was beaten only six lengths in a similar contest last time. This is a weak affair but probably not weak enough for Pips Pearl. Cois Na Tine Eile knows how to get his head in front having won earlier in the season and showed he was up to winning a race of this nature when finishing third in a claimer last time. That form should be good enough here and Cois Na Tine Eile is taken to come out on top.
