Verdict

The veteran Burrows Park is a course and distance winner whose last victory in January was from a 10lb higher mark. Whydah Gally was chasing all last season and reverted to hurdles at Lingfield with a convincing success over this trip for which he's up 4lb. The very versatile Black Kalanisi arrives on a hat-trick having won handicaps at Pontefract and Newmarket in the autumn. Benign Dictator steps up in class from 5lb higher after scoring at Warwick and THE IMPOSTER completed a five-timer with a victory at this level at Uttoxeter and a 4lb rise looks manageable.
