    Verdict

Bluebell Time and Rhubarb are both previous course and distance winners but the former seems best at Bath and was a long way behind WILLINGLY on heavy going at Leicester last autumn. Further rain would help Mark Usher’s mare but she has been in good form again this year and met interference when favourite here nine days ago. Penguin Island is still a maiden but she always seems to run her race and wouldn’t be winning out of turn.
