    Verdict

Polar Red looks to have been found a good opportunity to continue on the upward curve over fences. The gelding from the Martin Pipe yard won well at this course last time when defeating Noisetine . That form has since been franked and with conditions again in his favour he will be hard to beat. Lou de Moulin Mas showed a little ability in the french Provence on very soft ground and gets all the weight for age allowances but he will need to improve to defeat the selection. General is another that could go well but his best form is over a longer trip and for that reason he is opposed. The remainder have shown very little and are readily opposed so for the winner we return to Polar Red.
