This is quite competitive for a claimer and the leading lights look to be Makai, Zafarshah, Nashaab and What-A-Dancer with the vote given to What-A-Dancer. The selection is a course and distance winner and he ran respectably enough last time at Lingfield when sixth behind Million Percent. He has his optimum ground conditions here and he might just represent the value in the race. Makai ran well in a competitive handicap at Beverley last time when finishing fifth behind Orpen Wide and with his yard in decent form he has to be of interest. Zafarshah loves it round here and he ran his best race for some time at Brighton last time when narrowly beaten by Nuit Sombre. He is certainly worth a look in the market, while Nashaab should be suited by the return to this his best trip. An interesting race this one, and we will side with What-A-Dancer to lead them home.
