This doesn't look the strongest of claimers and Nimello can follow up his recent victory, Dumaran and Weet A Head look to be the main dangers. The selection has certainly regressed since winning the Lincoln in 2002, but showed last time that he is still very capable in this type of company. He picked up well in that Wolverhampton contest to beat Rare Coincidence a shade comfortably. Today's opposition don't look any stronger and he can make it back to back victories. Dumaran is a class act on his day as he showed when finishing fourth in the Rosebery Handicap at Kempton. However he has disappointed twice since and so there is a doubt about his reliability. Nevertheless he looks the main threat to the selection. Weet a Head can be given a chance on the pick of last season's form and is closely matched with the two principles on official ratings. Hawkit appears to be the only other runner with any sort of chance, but in this mood Nimello is hard to oppose and he gets a confident vote.
