Assuming that he is none the worse for his early fall here last month, East Lawyer is taken to gain compensation at the main expense of Sardagna and Dangerousdanmagru. The last mentioned finished fourth in the race where the selection fell and is entitled to come on for the run so has to be respected. He certainly makes more appeal than Jaybejay, who has been off the course for the best part of a year and is likely to need the run. Macmar makes limited appeal and of more interest is Martin Pipe's Sardagna, who is probably better than he has shown in recent outings. East Lawyer has an obvious chance at these weights on ground that suits and is taken to make up for his fall here last time.
