Verdict

CURRENT EVENT (NAP) was fourth in the Foxhunter Chase at The Festival and filled the same position behind On The Fringe in the Fox Hunters' at Aintree. Providing those efforts haven't left their mark, Rose Loxton's charge is the one to beat in this as he holds Richmond and Fredo on the form book and won on this card 12 months ago. Pearlysteps was only foiled by a subsequent winner when attempting a hat-trick at Ludlow and has been placed here in the past but Dicky Bob may have a bit more scope. Man Of Steel could well reach the frame while Double Bank keeps defying the years. Tony Star and Divine Intavention are others to consider.
