In depth

Verdict

Ruacana probably has too much weight and Totalize was pulled up on his reappearance at Ascot and might still need this but most of the others look to have a decent chance. Amore Alto arrives off the back of wins at Wincanton and Kempton and will find this a stiffer test but Lac Fontana is better than he showed when last of four behind The Liquidator in a Grade 2 here last time and Lexi's Boy looked on the way back at Kempton. Quick Decisson stays further than this but has been raised 11lb since winning at Wincanton. WATERUNDER wasn't beaten far off today's mark at Sandown last month before getting bogged down in the mud at Ascot. His defeat of Horizontal Speed at Exeter has worked out well and he can land today's finale with Citizenship and Nesterenko both disappointing last time.
