Verdict

Top Of The Range was never travelling in the Pertemps Final at The Festival last time and was well behind seventh Bakbenscher but he has a chance on his earlier win at Sandown and is preferred to stablemates Cucumber Run and Minella Class. The longer trip could be a problem for County Hurdle sixth Edgardo Sol and he may not be able to confirm that form with subsequent Aintree runner-up Clerk's Choice while Bourne may just be a few pounds too high now, though should run his race again. ART PROFESSOR usually runs well here and was closing on a place when hampered and unseating his rider over track and trip last month. He'd beaten Bakbenscher at Huntingdon earlier and still looks to be on a decent mark. Ffos Las second Creepy and The Romford Pele could also be in the firing-line, while recent scorers Bobowen, Party Rock and Scoter Fontaine can't be ignored.
