Top The Charts can come out on top in a race boasting a strong Irish entry, with Newton Bridge, Peacock and Armenian Boy all worth a mention. Tony Martin has won this race twice in the past decade, and indeed was successful 12-months ago with After Midnight. His runners have been profitable to follow this term, including of course Leg Spinner in the Cesarewitch, and talking of the Flat, Top The Charts had a spin on the level in September to keep him in trim. A winner at Down Royal under Ruby Walsh on his last outing over timber, the five-year-old will be a popular choice here despite the wealth of opposition. Newton Bridge is bidding to make it a hat-trick of wins from as many trips over, and he too gives the Irish a strong hand, while Peacock may be best of the home contingent, although he has yet to hit the mark this term. Armenian Boy is useful, but does have topweight to overcome, and with that in mind, we return to Top The Charts as the answer.
