EASTER LEGEND will hopefully be an each-way price in a race where Newbury also-rans Banjaxed Girl and Kerada have leading claims. The two novices who filled the places in the mares' final at the Berkshire venue last month merit respect but Banjaxed Girl could find that she's high enough in the weights now whilst Kerada has raced keenly on occasion and been kept to flat tracks but, in fairness, she did well to finish where she did following an early mistake and could fare better if she can brush up her jumping. The handicapper hasn't given the admirably consistent Amber Brook much rope and she's very closely matched with the selection on their running in the David Nicholson at the Festival where Alasi was behind in eighth. However, marginal preference is for Easter Legend as she went close at this meeting last year albeit over three miles. Serpentaria is a fascinating runner and would look fairly well handicapped if back to her best whilst My Petra and Bella Haze are others worthy of mention but the vote's awarded to Easter Legend.
