        Verdict

        Real Estate missed out on a hat-trick when only sixth at Lingfield while Jack Ryan placed at Yarmouth recently but has to race off a 7lb higher mark back on the all-weather. Amalfi Gem has been in the mix recently and So Savvy is worth a second glance having switched to Mick Appleby’s yard but it could pay to stick with GRIGGY. The latter finally took advantage of a tumble down the weights when successful at Wolverhampton and remains on a winning mark.
