Verdict
Beggarman has been raised 5lb for winning over today’s trip at Kempton while Love Poems came good over 1m6f here last month and attempts 2m for the first time. But SOCIALLY SHADY (NAP) just failed to catch the winner Chocolate Box over course and distance earlier in the week and Karl Burke’s charge can go one better dropping down a couple of grades for this. Liva went close at Kempton earlier and is preferred to Cuban Hope over this far.
