TABERNAS found a stablemate too good at Newcastle on his first start since September. He’ll be sharper for both that outing and today’s first-time headgear and the Godolphin colt should be winning this unless the newcomer Glories proves above average. The US-bred filly cost $1.2million and can include the high-class Bodemeister among her winning relatives. The Jungle Vip went close at Southwell on his earlier debut only to disappoint here last time while Atticus Boy showed only a modicum of improvement at Kempton and it remains to be seen if Culpability can finish closer on the back of a modest debut effort.
