Guardiola has placed twice over a mile on Polytrack but was tried over this trip at Chepstow in July and didn’t appear to last home. Liberisque has finished second in his last three runs over slightly shorter trips at Wolverhampton but is having a first run on Polytrack. Miniature Daffodil is two from two here, however, while Townie Mac was third over course and distance earlier in the month and has been dropped 2lb since. BOB’S GIRL is another making her debut on the surface and she has yet to make the frame in 10 attempts. However, there has been marked improvement since the blinkers were fitted and this represents a further drop in class.
